Services and Fees

I accept commercial Anthem, Aetna, Meritain Health, Optum, Oscar, Oxford, United Medical Resources (UMR) and United Health Care (UHC) insurance. I also accept out of pocket pay. The prices reflected are for clients who choose to pay out of pocket. Out of pocket pay and insurance copay are due at the time of service.

  • Initial Consultation

    A free 15 minute consultation to determine what your needs are, and if we will make a good team to meet your goals. Feel free to ask any and all questions during this time.

    I work with adults ages 18+.

  • INTAKE SESSION

    Out Of Pocket Cost : $150

    The intake session is a 60 minute session for me to understand your biological, social, and psychological history. We will work collaboratively to establish goals. If necessary, I will also provide recommendations for additional services that could be helpful.

  • THERAPY SESSION

    Out Of Pocket Cost : $140

    This is a 60 minute therapy session where we will work collaboratively toward your goals. Our sessions can involve the use of several different theoretical orientations such as RCT (Relational Cultural Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and Psychodynamic Therapy.
